Georgia Recruiting: Bulldogs Nab a Player on the Late Night Creep

Late last night, the Georgia Bulldogs received commitment No. 18 in the form of Dominick Sanders (Tucker, GA). The former UCF commit (the Knights dropped Sanders after learning he was taking visits) is a 3* defensive back/running back.

As mentioned in yesterday’s post, new DC Jeremy Pruitt has really homed in on the secondary—Pruitt is known for using the ‘dime’ set on a regular basis and the Bulldogs are in need of more high-quality depth to accomplish this successfully. Thus far, Pruitt has turned up the heat on Martin Luther King’s Wesley Green (almost certain to re-commit to South Carolina), Tampa Catholic High School’s T.J. Harrell, current Missouri commit Tavon Ross, and now Dominick Sanders.

Sanders is 5’11, 174 lbs., and looks like a gamer on tape (yes, I know, it’s a “highlight” reel for a reason). He starred on both sides of the field and is a dangerous return man as well. He’s a player who can be vital, wherever you put him on the field, and he’s got a good work ethic.
